I was told work would take 90 minutes. It took 6 hours and cost me lost time with my work

I sincerely apologize for the amount of time it took to complete the work on your vehicle. In some cases, especially when allowing time for sealant to dry, the work takes longer than expected to complete. We should have anticipated and planned for this extra time before giving you an estimated time of completion and I take full responsibility for that.
