Eric was absolutely great, at first I was just coming by for a test drive a couple of hours before work, but I fell in love with the Ioniq and wanted to put a deposit down on the next one coming in, but to my surprise, it was already there! They can't hold a vehicle that's already on site, so Eric helped me get through the paperwork and buy it then and there, before work, and managed to get me out the door with keys in hand! It was a wonderful experience, and Eric was not only professional, but very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for everything!
