Crist’s departure leaves a big hole in car people I trust. Hewas the most honest around and the customer service he offered was second-to-none. He saved me wads of cash for overcharged repair estimates by Volvo and Hyundai dealerships, he stayed overtime to rectify every problem, he always stood behind repairs…and plain and simple, he and his crew were great people and top-notch mechanics. I’m not sure of his next service station, but I d love to know. This gas station and repair garage has lost me as a local customer and I will alert all of my friends and neighbors that the honesty and fair pricing days are over at Exxon North Alexandria. By the way, he even took his own lunch time to ride over with me to my wife’s local dealership to address a botched and expensive simple repair on her car. That’s the encapsulation of his greatness and dedication to serving his customers.
