Willing to thoroughly test and explain what the potential issues are
I was very impressed with Cameron and his desire to fully assess and fix the car problem that was occurring. My husband dropped of the vehicle, but since I'm the "car person" in our family I hadn't had a chance to look at the car before it was brought in for service. Cameron answered all my questions without seeming annoyed. He tested for 3 failures to fully understand what was failing in the vehicle. I could tell he takes pride in his work and didn't just want to tell me that X was the problem if there was a chance it could be Y. Very thorough explanations. Very good customer service.
