Alice said they were really nice people, she had gone to them before a long time ago. The only thing that came up was that they charge 3 percent if a person is paying with a credit card. She asked them why they didn't tell her and they said they had a little sign up, but she felt they didn't do a good job letting the customer know that way. She thought they needed to tell the customers before they pay. She had to pay an extra $25 which she could've used for groceries. Other than that, Paul was extremely wonderful, he's a really nice guy.

Since I read so many great Ric & Rocky's reviews online, I decided to try them when our SUV needed unexpected repair. The reviews were so right! They did great work on a timely basis, at a reasonable price, with great customer service. They were a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be back!

Went above and beyond with my car
Took my 1987 prelude into their shop to get three motor mounts done. They were the only shop willing to do so and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Got the work done pretty quick and affordably and were just all around very nice to me. I would absolutely recommend going with ric and Rocky’s for anything
