Not answering to the fraud that we are asking Chris the owner to answer!
Since 2021 I have sent Addison car care and the owner several certified mailed letters in regards to the apparent fraud Cris the owner and Addison car care have done to a truck I had them so called “repaired”. They have never answered at all to my request in those letters. I then reported Cris and Addison Car Care to AAA the agency that referred me to Addison car care. AAA customer resolution center made several attempts to have Cris and Addison car care respond and Cris refused to speak to AAA. AAA referred me to Better Business Bureau, BBB also made several attempt’s, a BBB Representative made a telephonic contact with Cris and declined to speak to the BBB agent. The BBB agent was flabbergasted because he’d never had a business decline to talk to the BBB and try to resolve a dispute. BBB then referred me to the Idaho Attorney’s General consumer fraud department. The Idaho Attorney’s General’s has tried for months to reach out for Cris and Addison’s side of the story, crickets, no response. I think I know why Cris and his shop is hiding from the fraud I am pretty sure he (Cris) and Addison care care has committed. It is not hundreds of dollars it’s thousands, this includes outside cost due to Cris and Addision car care’s demise. I may have to hire private counsel .
