Jokes on us. We got screwed
14 months after buying a used 2019 vehicle from this business, the transmission just went out. I cannot tell you how horrible this business was to purchase a car from. When we purchased the car, we had to fight to have them fix a basic necessity and based on our own mechanics review of the car, we knew this dealership lied to us. Also, because my husband was at work, I was the one who had to talk with management. The manager told me that since I wasn't present for the purchase of the car, that since I am just the wife, I dont have any say in what we needed them to do to the car and that he didn't have to talk to me as a woman and would just talk with my husband. Please NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Especially used.

Used cars are not trustworthy from this dealer
Don't buy a USED off-brand car from Acura of Seattle. They will let you drive off the lot with a car that is not safe. They will not fix even minimum fixes. It's disappointing. There are better dealers who will care about the customer - even if you are small town and not big-budget. You're not buying one of their new cars, so there is little care for you except for accepting your money and then letting you drive away unsafely. If you really want a car from them, have an independent mechanic check out the car. Their mechanics do not follow-up on something as basic as a missing lugnut on a tire. There are better dealers out there where they will care about you and your family. Acura of Seattle does not.

I never question their work, good work on my car.
I already gave my review, but just wanted to let you know I would have gave 5 stars but I thought the person who checked my car in could have been more efficient in calling me back, every time I called he was with someone else and when I finally got him it wasn't very accomadating.

I had a schedule appointment, that didn't seem to matter because of how long it took to get my service taken care of was to me unacceptable...I literally felt like I was at the hospital where the doctors OVER-BOOK clients and hope we don't notice.

Excellent Customer Service!
Terry Parris at Acura of Seattle is AWESOME. I had left my umbrella in their loaner car, and by the time we contacted them they couldn't find it. I honestly forgot about it but 3 weeks later a box shows up at our house and there was a brand new umbrella from Terry! He is awesome, and the entire Acura of Seattle team is awesome!!!
