Terrible Service
I dropped my vehicle off on Feb 17th for the transmission to be replaced. Did not get my vehicle back til over 5 weeks later. The transmission was under warranty,which the warranty company honored with no problem. But since the service manager felt like it was no need to check his emails, my transmission sat for 2 weeks. From day 1, all I got from this guy was a bunch of BS. When I dropped my vehicle off, he made it out to seem the most it would take was a week in a half. During all this time, I might have received 2 phone calls about my vehicle. It took for me to call the warranty company to find out what was going on with my transmission. That's when they told me that the claim was aprroved on March 4th..buy nobody from Accurate confirmed the shipping address,so my transmission jus sat there.So once I made that phone call to the warranty company,the service manager whole attitude towards me changed{which I did'nt give AF!! just give me my damn truck back} So when i go to pick my truck up, all he said to me was You're good to go and handed me my key. Did'nt go over anything with me about what to expect or anything 'just handed me my key. He did'nt even tell me where my truck was parked,I had to walk the parking lot until I found it. And when I did find it was filthy on the outside. But that's okay ,you live and learn. One thing for sure though Accurate Automotive don't have to worry about me ever stepping on there property again. The all around service was poor from beginning to end.By the way, the guy I delt with was Cody!
