Great, fast service
I was very satisfied with my service. My car wouldn't start a couple of days after it threw off 2 warning messages. I called for an appointment and wad told they couldn't get to it until Friday. I asked if I could bring my car in on Wednesday, since I was off, and was told that it would be no problem. Great to hear that! After I had roadside assistance come and jump the car, it threw off some more messages.
I was able to drive the car to Accurate (with the tow truck following me, just in case), and dropped it off around 2pm on Wednesday. About 10:30 Thursday, I got a text telling me it was ready! It was only the battery and the messages were being thrown off because of it. Thank goodness! Great service and finished a day before the original appointment. Woohoo!

Terrible Service
I dropped my vehicle off on Feb 17th for the transmission to be replaced. Did not get my vehicle back til over 5 weeks later. The transmission was under warranty,which the warranty company honored with no problem. But since the service manager felt like it was no need to check his emails, my transmission sat for 2 weeks. From day 1, all I got from this guy was a bunch of BS. When I dropped my vehicle off, he made it out to seem the most it would take was a week in a half. During all this time, I might have received 2 phone calls about my vehicle. It took for me to call the warranty company to find out what was going on with my transmission. That's when they told me that the claim was aprroved on March 4th..buy nobody from Accurate confirmed the shipping address,so my transmission jus sat there.So once I made that phone call to the warranty company,the service manager whole attitude towards me changed{which I did'nt give AF!! just give me my damn truck back} So when i go to pick my truck up, all he said to me was You're good to go and handed me my key. Did'nt go over anything with me about what to expect or anything 'just handed me my key. He did'nt even tell me where my truck was parked,I had to walk the parking lot until I found it. And when I did find it was filthy on the outside. But that's okay ,you live and learn. One thing for sure though Accurate Automotive don't have to worry about me ever stepping on there property again. The all around service was poor from beginning to end.By the way, the guy I delt with was Cody!

honest good mechanic work
I don't have time to be getting a lot of quotes to get something fixed on my car just to make sure they are not ripping me off, just bring your car here and have the peace of mind that it be done correctly, just what you need and at the right price

Excellent Service
I took my 18 year old Honda Civic in for a tune up. A broken motor mount was also found and replaced. I plan to gift the Honda to a relative and asked that all needed maintenance be performed prior to title transfer. The Accurate staff stated that no further maintenance or repairs were needed. Accurate Automotive has the most honest service department in town.

Quick, efficient and great service
