I took my 2002 Ford Explorer in for an oil change. Their staff drove me into work while the truck got worked on. During the oil change their mechanics noticed some broken parts of my chassis underneath the vehicle. They pointed it out to me, expressed concern that it could be a matter of safety if the parts were not fixed. They fixed the parts the same day AND picked me up from work, too. Service above-and-beyond as usual. I have recommended A+ to many people.
