Came to have tires checked—TPMS on
I came in on a snowy day because the TPMS light on my dashboard was on. Wanted to have my tires checked.
Karl assisted me, took my information and said he would check the tires. A short time later he called with the report that my tires were fine; the tire sensors for the back two tires needed to be replaced. He gave an estimate; after some discussion, i decided to wait on replacing the sensors. He was understanding. I appreciate his assistance and all the information he shared.
