I have been going to these guys for years. Traditionally, they would tell me that I am due for certain things according to mileage or occasionally things that were pretty urgent. Now they seem to be just telling me that I need things done as soon as I can afford it. It is not quite those words, but that is the impression that I get. They do good, quality work, but need I do not like being told something NEEDS to be done on my old cars when it is not a NEED. Recommendations are fine, as long as it is stated as that and not that something needs to be done as soon as possible. They know that I do not have the money to be throwing into every little thing that could be fixed to keep it just like a brand new car. That said, I still feel that they are always friendly and prompt.
