Kevin said the gentleman who helped him was transparent in communicating about the vehicle. He said the person at the business was very cordial over the phone when he spoke with him, the facility told them what the result would be, after they brought the vehicle in. He said the visit was pretty good overall, this is the second time they have brought a vehicle in, they are starting to build a good rapport.
