Our car broke down on our way home from vacation. We went into the BP gas station (exit 33) right outside Ridgeland, SC and Joset who was working called A-1 towing for us. Roger picked us up and towed us to A-1 Towing and Auto Repair in Ridgeland, SC where we were treated with kindness and excellent service. We ended up having to leave our car.
Bobby and Caleb checked with us several times to see if they could be of any help getting us home. A friend was able to pick us up and our car was fixed beginning of the week once the needed part came in.
What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a very positive experience. I cannot thank A-1 Towing and Auto Repair enough for everything!
