After this experience, A1 towing and repair will be my go to place for all repairs!!
My car broke down and I called to get a tow back to Ridgeland. They looked at what the problem was and gave me a price which was very reasonable. I knew I had a problem with the rear passenger wheel because I could hear something but forgot to mention when I was discussing the original problem with the mechanic. He took it for a test drive, heard the same noise and immediately called me. I also asked them to look at the air conditioner because the hose broke last October. With each repair, they called, discussed what had to be done with an estimate. Shaun was my point of contact. He was always polite and very thorough in his explanation. Everything was fixed in a timely manner. They are definitely going to be the mechanics for all future repairs.

Great job all around from the tow truck operator, shop director, mechanic and staff.
I was on my way on a trip and the car just stopped. A1 was right on it for the tow and then put my car in for assistance first thing on Monday. A difficult repair but they completed it in record time. I give them the highest marks.

Best Breakdown Experience Ever
Breaking down is never fun. You hear horror stories every day about the many pitfalls that occur. A-1 Towing made my most recent breakdown experience nearly painless and , might I say, even a pleasure?! Their staff, from tow truck driver to front desk manager and everyone in between, were friendly, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my kids and I (and even our hamster!) were safe, comfortable and taken care of. They have customer care down to a science. 5 ⭐️, two thumbs up, and a 10-out-of -10!

Travelers in need, A1 delivered!
We broke down traveling down I-95. Not only did A-1 get the job done on towing, they went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get a rental car. They were very kind and helpful, and have a shop right on the premises to check out your vehicle. It’s all about service!

Hallmark Movie material
Where do I start?? Christmas Morning 3 hours on the side of the road, fighting desperately against a coolant leak to get to my mother's bedside before she passed 2.75 hours away. ? The feeling of despair hearing that her body had been taken to the morgue. ? MY HEROES at A1 Towing started with kind driver Sammy (who called his manager for permission to tow me TO THEIR LOBBY to stay overnight! - which I was thankful even envisioning a bare room w parquet floors and some hard chairs I might configure into some sort of bed - but turned out to be a full-blown Christmas cabin complete with garland-strung porch roof, gas fireplace and overstuffed leather couch. A manager told me to help myself to anything in the fridge. Another employee actually showed up and grilled for us - then sat with me to watch a Christmas movie on their humongous screen. ?????? The next day they began promptly to work on my vehicle, replacing the water pump that could run $600 dollars but these beautiful people pitched in to bring it down to a small fraction of that. ??? Needless to say, people like this deserve our admiration, confidence and business! Big hugs to each of you, and the most blessed of New years ahead to y'all and your loved ones!!!
