I had an appointment at #one Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville on August 21 with my dealer, Don Dressler, (to set the stage Don is a phenomenal salesman). We talked about the close out of my previous lease. Don gave me his undivided attention through this whole process. He explained in Laymans terms so that I could understand the process of closing out my lease, asking me the necessary questions of rather I want to buy out the least or purchase a new vehicle. He and I went back and forth after a couple hours of talking and decision making. I decided to purchase another lease. Don explained the necessary steps that I had to take in order to go forward. Don was so patient with me that at this point, I wanted to give him an award for best salesman of the year if it was in my power . He gave me plenty enough time to make a decision and did not hassle me one bit actually, he walked away and gave me time to think. He came back to me with an offer and a color of a vehicle that I wasn’t very satisfied with. He left me again to think about the decision and came back and said come with me to see this vehicle that was parked in the lot a 2023 Beautiful Cobalt Blue Hyundai Tucson, Limited vehicle . I was thrilled with tears in my eyes because it was a vehicle and the color that I always imagine myself in. Don, made it possible for me to purchase this vehicle. I felt it was a dream. Come true.. I have been buying vehicles from # One Cochran Hyundai, Monroeville from 2003 until the present. I’ve only dealt with two salesman at Hyundai and Don, is one of the two.Don who is phenomenal should be given an
award . He takes his time, is very courteous, respectful of persons, very outgoing make the process so easy, have the right answers for any questions that you may have always have million $ smile on his face, which is real I can always sense the sincerity in his mannerism. Not only is he a good salesman but a respectable person, willing to go the extra mile to show you his gratitude.
I would also like to extend the professionalism of the Hyundai Finance department …… two gentleman waited on me. Their names escaped my memory however, they know who they are. They showed concerned for the questions that I had and answered them appropriately plus made sure that I understood the process of financing my vehicle. They as well was very patient with me because I have many questions and I was so appreciative of this. I’d just love Hyundai and all the professionalism, attitudes , dedication and disposition of the whole crew.
