Another great experience
I have been using One Stop Auto for repairs, and this was my first time getting an oil change. They c
alled me to let me know they had detected a nail in one of my tires and gave me a quote for fixing it. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me the tire had not gone through the tire and therefore, didn't need the extra repair. What other auto shop provides such honest service? They are amazing, and I can't beat the additional perk of having them a block away from home. I greatly recommend them.

2020-Repeat customer, outstanding value and service. Special thanks to tech Jenna for noting the issu
es with my (now fixed) sway bar links and worn rotors. Our old Ford runs like it rolled off the factory line.
2019-Fantastic service, fair pricing. Like others have said, if you're looking for good old honest, quality workmanship; you'll find it here.

Trustworthy, Reliable, Honest, Friendly
I have come to Rich sine I moved to Dutchess county in 1991. I have never gone anywhere else because
I didn’t need too. They get the job done in a timely manner and give accurate appraisals. I have always trusted Rich and the work speaks for itself. I feel like my car is brand new when I pull away!! I can’t imagine going to anyone else!

We have been using ARC Automotive for several years. They are the only auto repair shop I would go to
. Most trustworthy, honest and experienced mechanics in town. Also they are very reasonable with pricing. Never had to return for any repairs they fixed.
