Jeep had a recall, the stealership quoted $1400 to change out the radiator. Gave Mike a call at Elme
r's, very professional and gave us a better quote over the phone with a water pump included (preventative maintenance). They got the Jeep in the next day and within a hour, Mike called and they found the root cause of the problem, it was a leaking radiator and a worn out bottom hose. Keeping the Jeep a few more years, we decided to change out the radiator, bad hose, thermostat & water pump. It was a little more than the dealership quoted just for the radiator itself. Mike is a true professional, steering you right and giving you suggestions and reasons. Elmer's is second to none! A great experience, Jeep was in and out same day with all this maintenance done. No upselling, a real honest mechanic that cares about your wallet and your vehicle. Kudos to Mike, Kat and the staff at Elmer's! Highly recommend.

Another great experience
I have been using One Stop Auto for repairs, and this was my first time getting an oil change. They c
alled me to let me know they had detected a nail in one of my tires and gave me a quote for fixing it. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me the tire had not gone through the tire and therefore, didn't need the extra repair. What other auto shop provides such honest service? They are amazing, and I can't beat the additional perk of having them a block away from home. I greatly recommend them.
