Extremely pleasant sales experience

Mark Stechel and Charlie were fantastic to work with. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchasing process very enjoyable and easy. He kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and called me once the GV70 was in the dealership. I was able to pick the car up that same day! Charlie made the finance process very straightforward compared to all the other car purchase experiences I have in the past. I would highly recommend Genesis of Bayside!

Beyond expectation

I have been leasing vehicles for the last twenty years or so and had dealt with many dealerships. Andrew Lee at the Bayside Genesis went above and beyond my expectation delivering the vehicle. He took his personal time to take care of a couple of issues with my insurance company. The dealership now uses a tablet to docu sign all the paper work. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes when I went to pick my car. I was very much satisfied with the process. Thank you Andrew and everyone @ Bayside Genesis!

picking new car

I brought a genesis car picked it up last week.
the car was not prep very well. The winder with the sticker the glue was on the window. there was no window shield wiper fluid in the car. the back window need to be clean when i got home. they left plastics in the car on the dash broad. My daughter figure out the car better than the salesman
