This is the second card I have leased through Ken Ganley. I like the sales people so much, as they are not pushy, are very helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. I like to deal with people who don’t hound you & call you all the time. Very good dealership, oh and great service Dept also.

I will be recommended Gandley Hyundai in Norwalk Ohio to friends and family! Candice, Rudy and Jim offered 1st rate service during my leasing experience! Thanks to them, I change my lease from Rav 4 to a Santa Fe and I'am very happy with my decision!

Great Customer Service!
They do an excellent job from the moment you enter the dealership. This is the second car I have purchased from them and will continue to go back for my automobile needs. The sales team is flexible and willing to work with you. They never seem to get frustrated or pushy. I enjoy taking test drives on my own and with someone. Some dealerships the sales person is very pushy about taking you out, not here. The entire process even paperwork was smooth. They also have a very friendly service team. Would recommend to family and friends!

Wonderful Experience
From the moment we walked into this dealership, we felt welcome. Scott Meek, our sales rep, introduced himself and began to work with my wife and I, identifying our needs and offering the many ways a Hyundai might satisfy what we wanted in a car. After talking with Scott for awhile, John Decker, the GM, came over and introduced himself, welcoming us to the dealership. He offered his assistance if needed. There was absolutely no pressure implied or received from either of these men, just a warm welcome and a friendly, professional approach by Scott to help us determine if a Hyundai would fit our needs at a price we would be comfortable with. We chose to take a Santa Fe for a test drive. Both of us really enjoyed the car. We found it to be very comfortable and fun to drive. On top of that, we liked both the exterior and interior look. The test drive confirmed what I had read about the Santa Fe in the many reviews I had read prior to visiting the dealership. Even though we were both convinced this was the car that we wanted, I decided we needed to walk away and give our upcoming decision more time before acting on it. I told Scott we were going to go to lunch. At no time did he try to pressure us into buying it prior to leaving the dealership. He simply said to give him a call if we had any questions about the car and that he hoped to see us later that day. We returned a few hours later and bought the car. We have been enjoying driving this new car ever since. In almost 50 years of buying cars, I have never had a more pleasant and non-pressured car-buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and can't say enough good about our experiences with both Scott and John.

New purchase
They did work hard for the deal. Parking was horrible, had to park in back. Showroom was dingy and musty smelling. Hours during the week are poor, felt rushed on delivery. Follow up question ignored after the sale.
