It's okay.
Okay. Our cars generally only go back to the dealerships for warranty work. We have dealt with KC Martin for years and trust them totally. You have yet to earn that reputation as you have tried to get us to purchase services that were not necessary.

Professional and honest Service
Not only does the Service department perform the service in a timely manner as scheduled, they look over the records and the auto and make recommendations for future repairs and things to look for. They did no pressure or up-sale, which I really appreciate and it fosters trust in the great Service department.

Very dependable. The work was completed on time. All needed maintenance was explained in detail. Questions were answered in plain language so the customer can understand. They were up-front and honest about the costs of the service and maintenance.
