A great experience
Harry and Gurji worked together to help us select our Santa Fe and both did an exceptional job.....we are very pleased with our new Hyundai, especially the great warranty offered as well as road side assistance and oil changes.

Purchase of a Palisade from Hyundai
The experience of buying and trading are made simple at Vern Eide. The staff at Sioux City are exceptional. I purchased Honda Pilots there, but have had Hyundai's before. I did not like Woodhouse when they had the dealership, since Vern Eide has gotten it, I have bought a Tucson and a Palisade this last year.

Outstanding service! We were treated like royalty!
I have been buying cars for 40 years and have never been treated so well at a dealership! Everyone there was so friendly and accommadating. Our salesperson,Fred Hexum was so great! He knew the vehicle inside and out and went over everything with us so thoroughly from the vehicle to the paperwork to giving us a tour of the facility and introducing us to everyone from the service department to the finance people. And the finance department was absolutely terrific explaining everything! Usually I dread purchasing a new vehicle as it seems almost like going to the dentist to get a tooth drilled BUT this was the best we've ever ever ever been treated. We will absolutely tell everyone about our experience and recommend Vern Eide to everyone and will be back for our next vehicle!!!!!

Great customer service.
I wanted to buy a car that was fuel efficient, had nice features and fit my budget. I test drove several different vehicles with Gurji and he was knowledgeable about all of them. He was able to demonstrate the capabilities of the cars well. I appreciate the time Gurji took to make sure my phone was paired with the car and showed me how the infotainment system worked. I'm very pleased with the Hyundai Elantra that I purchased. Vern Eide is not the closest Hyundai Dealer to where I live, but Gurji told me I can take the car to my nearest Hyundai dealership for service.
