Improved Service
I half service with this dealership months ago and I can definatly say the service has improved. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within 40 mins. Never had service of any type that quick from a dealer.

Missing window sticker again
I brought my car in for an oil change and they forgot to put the sticker on my window that says when the next one is due. This is not the first time this has happened. I've said before, it's not the sticker but a lack of attention to detail. If the little things are overlooked how do you know the big things aren't. My last experience was a missing window sticker and no windshield fluid. They did offer a free oil change service and I brought my car in and everything was excellent, they even washed it. I happily brought my car in again this time, and was left again with doubt. It's unfortunate because everyone that I've ever worked with is very professional and courteous, customer service is spot on.
