Misleading quote and over charged

Work was quoted by the hour for minor repair and separate diagnostic test. Although work performed took under two hours I was charged for three hours and at an inflated per hour price. I will never return here. Considering legal action but probably won’t because I don’t want to see any of these people again nor waste another minute of time listening to their b.s. but I might just to teach them a lesson and to make others aware of the unscrupulous business practices of this con shop.

Quick and friendly

A lot of reviews online (for any mechanic) is really broad and doesn’t really hammer down an experience, or rather doesn’t go far into detail so you can’t tell what a real review may be or not.

I had been fighting with my car for quite awhile and I eventually caved in and finally took it somewhere. Day Heights had an immediate opening where as other shops had a week minimum wait. I had never heard of them, no one I know had ever used them, but I said let’s do it.

I had a great experience. The guys were all very friendly and didn’t have a superiority complex like you may have at other shops. I explained to them what parts I’ve replaced already, what I believe it may be and gave them symptoms to back up my hypothesis. Never did I feel like the crazy guy who thinks he knows what he’s talking about but really doesn’t, they assured me that my work before hand would help them with diagnostic and they’d let me know. Not even 24 hours later I got a phone call saying they got the engine back together and it was ready for pick up.

Engine sang like a bird. Everyone is so friendly and has that small business care and feel that you want.

Bonus points for having a great looking building, I didn’t see one grease spot on the walls or anything (which isn’t a big deal but it’s always nice!)

I’m willing to drive the extra distance for them to regularly service my car from now on, great team and will be back.

Took my car in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Could not have been happier with my first-time experience. Staff was punctual, professional, followed through on their promises for time/and work; all I could ask for. Had mt car serviced at the same location by the previous tenant who, unfortunately, did not have the same level of care/concern in making commitments they could not fulfill.
Will definitely return again.

I am 26 y/o. I have been working on and fixing cars since I was 10. The prices for parts/labor here are fucked at best. I will never encourage anyone to bring their vehicles here.

Quick and Easy Process

They were friendly, reliable and was able to fix my car that wasn’t able to make it down the road for 5min in 24hrs. Never had such a straightforward and easy process. No bs either these guys are doing great!
