Great expectations/Great service!
Tiffany’s customer service was top-rate: she explained everything in great detail and kept me appraised of the timeframes and progress. The tech (Jimmy, I think) was professional and expert in his appraisal of the situation and how to solve an unusual problem. Thanks to them both; they deserve a raise!!!

I was scheduled for a tire rotation and oil change. All went very well. I waited for about 2 hours. I did not realize it would take so long. I should have asked. I would have asked someone to pick me up. It gave me a good opportunity to read my book though. So, all was well! The exterior of my car was washed for me - thank you! However, I think it would have been nice to have a quick vacuum and wipe down of the interior as well. Certainly, this is not a dealbreaker, just a nice touch.

Appreciate the friendly staff.
Was greeted warmly upon my arrival. They had knowledge of the service that I was planning on having done to my Hyundai from my phone call when I set up my appointment.
I appreciated the quick service when I came to pick up my car and the fact that it had been washed.
This service was greatly appreciated.

Completed the service very quickley
This was the first time I brought my car to this dealer and the service advisor was very prompt and did a good job. I will be returning to Venice Hyundai in for service on my car in the future.

Completed service in timely matter
They did the service in a timely manner. Talked to them about a noise in the dash after they had to remove the dash. The same tech that did the crappy job was the one to check on it this time also. Said the noise is from the fuel pump. The noise wasn't there before they removed the dash. Hard time trusting the tech that did the work

Everything went as promised.
Check in was good. Car had 15,000 mile check up. Asked for them to check my tires for possible leak. They found a nail in the left front tire and repaired it.
Returned my car with a car wash. No nonsense, all caring and business.
