The Palisade is my favorite vehicle purchase of all time.
I have had many new vehicles in my near seventy years and I’ve never enjoyed the process of buying a new car. This time, purchasing the Palisade was very pleasant. The team at Crain Hyundai made the purchasing process quick and efficient. If you are considering a vehicle purchase, I am confident in recommending Mr. Tevin Cooley. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We had a seven year old vehicle we traded in. For seven years, we received too much communication from the other un-named dealership. After every service, we would receive one to two phone calls, and no less than five email request to give feedback on the service department. It was so irritating. Especially because we responded quickly to the surveys. After every request to numerically rate the service/dealer, the survey requested a written summary of why you gave the numerical rate. It was too much.

We purchased our vehicle three weeks ago, maybe four weeks ago. I am thrilled to report, Crain has called us once, and emailed us twice. The first email was to thank us and to introduce us to the Hyundai app. The second email was to request feedback. So simple. Zero pressure. We appreciate Mr Cooley and the dealership for not chasing us or requesting numerous reviews.

We are first time Hyundai customers and I love the Palisade. The interior is so comfortable and has so many features. Go see Tevin. Tell him we said Hello.

I never leave reviews..but this one is well deserved. Tevon Cooley is you man if you want a deal. It has been a long time since I have seen such a respectful and professional young man. All the personnel was friendly. I went in and expressed my expectations and concerns and they were exceeded plus more!!

The PR Person, Kimberly, Is Very Nice and Gets a 5 Star, but Not the Dealership
Kimberly called, listened empathetically, and scheduled my driver's side window repair and also made arrangements for me to have a loaner while the window is being replaced. What she did is what ANY DEALERSHIP SHOULD DO WHEN SELLING A DAMAGED NEW CAR. She listened as I recanted my experience at the dealership, but she explained that there was nothing she could do about advertised e-price discrepancy and what I paid for the SUV. She did agree to relay to the managers how I felt when neither of them would get out of their chairs to talk to me in person about the final paperwork and the cracked window.
IT was explained to me that this score only has to do with how my dissatisfaction was handled AFTER the sale. If I could give Kimberly a 5 star I would because she was friendly and empathetic. As for Crain Hyundai as a dealership and trying to explain what makes this place so great or not in a few words, I did that with my original rating. If a person who could actually discuss with me the lack of transparency and could make an attempt to reconcile the mishandling of the sale AND the treatment I received, my score would be different. At least I got a phone call and a scheduled appointment.

Transparency Issue
Hyundai makes excellent, high quality, highly rated vehicles, but when shopping online, make sure you know WHICH Crain dealership offers the car or SUV you have found. Take a photo of the vehicle and the price at which it is offered to make sure the salesperson knows you are aware of the price Crain has advertised the car. Because I found the Santa Fe I wanted online on a Crain website, I thought that price would be honored if the Little Rock dealership sent for that vehicle at the North Little Rock dealership. My $2000 mistake.
The SUV I bought was being used as a NLR manager's car and had 2500 miles on it and a small crack in the driver's side window. The Little Rock dealership did not want to pay to have the window replaced because I was told the North Little Rock dealership was a different dealership and should be responsible. My salesperson did step in at that point and ask that the service department in Little Rock take care of it and bill North Little Rock. I guess the general managers agreed because that is what I was told. I was not invited into their office, In fact, I felt like I was not welcome into their office and neither of the general managers would even give me eye contact.
I am totally impressed by the Santa Fe. It is an outstanding SUV! Hyundai is making so many excellent vehicles, but choose your dealership carefully. Choose your salesperson carefully. I have read that the service department at Crain Little Rock is very good, and after the sale, that is what is important, but navigate your deal very carefully, and never make the same mistake that I did thinking that if Crain offers a price in Conway or North Little Rock that Little Rock will honor it.
