Professional staff
Sean Kim was my service technician. My steering pump died and I hobbled in. I was not feeling good but Sean made a quick assessment of my car and the warranty status. He explained the repair process in a reassuring manner and I felt much better about coming in to Hyundai for service.

Slow moving
My husband took a half day from work to take the car in and the amount of time it took was unacceptable. He arrived at 8:00am with an estimated completion at 12:00pm. He let the front desk person know that he would be waiting for the car in the lobby. It wasn't until he waited 4 hours that he personally checked on the status. The car was just sitting in a spot idling and no one was working on it. After he spoke to the supervisor in the detailing area he said he would get a couple guys on it right away and it would be done in 20 minutes. Why was the car just sitting there idling with no one working on it for who knows how long? It didn't seem like completing work in a timely manner was a priority. In the end, the car was completed an hour after it was promised, no one offered to drive him anywhere or check in with any updates.

We are very disappointed.
