Had a great experience overall!
Even though the price given to me online was better than the price that they gave me once I got to the store to see the car, I was able to get a good deal after negotiating.
Everything was nicely explained and I overall had a great experience shopping at Southern States Hyundai.

They need customer service lessons
Kay greer is not effective at her job and the purchase and paper work took the longest of any vehicle we have ever purchased. Post purchase problems are not solved and Kay does not do anything to make it right.
