Service Dept

The service department at LLM was initially the main reason I purchased my 2026 Outlander GT. I can not say enough good things about my experience with the service department when I had my Eclipse Cross(which I did not buy from LLM) in for service! Prompt and courteous, which has not been my experience elsewhere over the years. They don't keep you waiting all day when you have previously made an appointment!!! HUGE!
With regard to my experience purchasing the Outlander GT, Automotive Consultant, Sean, was great! I was at LLM for routine service and popped my head in his office to say hello as we had met before and asked him about the Outlander GT on the lot that caught my eye! He immediately said " would you like to see it?" and the rest is history. Thank you, Sean!
During the sales transaction, I had the great pleasure of meeting Heidi A. in finance. What a delight! She is a keeper for sure!

Sean was fantastic, friendly, patient, really knowledgeable, understands the product explicitly, and was great in explaining every tiny details of the vehicle from features to performance. He was always ready to answer all my questions to ensure i was satisfied. Mind you though, I still have more questions to ask. lol.

Working with Sean, Heidi and Josh really confirms the warm and great atmosphere everyone speaks about when you go to Lochlomond Mitsu. Great folks and I will always come in to say hello when i’m around the dealership.

I didn't plan on purchasing a new vehicle but on the day myself and husband drove in to the lot across from the dealership and then into the actual Mitsubishi lot , a young sales person came out (despite it was raining and it was a miserable day. Sean came out and helped us a lot.)so we listen and I decided on eclipse cross and it is only a few days in but i love the vehicle in the service. He was kind and friendly, and we sat in the car day I purchased, and he explained everything about it.🩷

Sean was my sales agent. Very friendly. Was interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle and put me in the right direction. I get stressed easily and he made it less stressful. I purchased Eclipse Cross Noir, and I must say, I have bought new vehicles before and he was the first to actually sit in the vehicle and explained all the functions - interior and exterior.A plus in my opinion. When all was said and done he assured if I had any questions do not hesitate to call. Other staff members were friendly and very helpful Josh and Heidi.
All in all staff friendly, curtious and excellent.
In one week purchased : my daughter-in-law - Outlander, my son - Eclipse Cross and I Eclipse Cross.
