Came in for a recall that i'd been waiting a year and a half for on my 2021 Mitsubishi
Waited 2 hours for the work, then got called by a salesperson to discuss sales and how I wasn't paying a very good rate set by Galaxy Motors on my used car
I was satisfied with my car, but was pushed by the salesperson that my warranty was no longer valid on my old car and that I really should be getting a new one. Didn't want a new car, but was interested in getting a better rate. I am neurodivergent so I struggle to think long-term and suffer from rushed decisions. I was given a rate that I wasn't very comfortable with after the 3rd vehicle I was offered, but thought I could just barely manage it, and was assured that insurance would be cheaper on a newer vehicle because of better safety features.
Insurance turned out to be astronomically high, despite me never having been in an accident. I panicked at the time but had been there for 7 hours at that point and just wanted to go home, so I signed the papers. 10 minutes before closing, I had been there since 9am and was losing my mind and wanted to go home, so I took the vehicle, even though I instantly regretted it. I cannot comfortably afford the insurance AND the bi-weekly rate. This experience was terrible and I regret ever having even gone for the recall. Sales people were really nice.
