Unexpected problem
On our way to Connecticut we lost the tail pipe on our handicapped van. From the road, we contacted the Madis Torrington, CT and they were very accommodating. Spoke to Ryan who said just come in when we get to town. They checked out our problem and explained they could not fix it since it was a custom system. They didn’t even charge us. Excellent service

Quick & efficient
The first day i came for emissions testing, you were shortstaffed and i had to come another day-it happens. On the next business day, i was in & out in 20 minutes!
