They don’t do what they say they do
They say they do a multi point inspection but they don’t. They say they check your tire pressure but don’t. My dash cam showed them doing absolutely nothing.

Trunk latch
Jay was awesome getting me in and out both visits. The problem I have is that the interior felt of the trunk was cut instead of pulling the pins out to repair. I am not a certified Hyundai mechanic and even I know how to do that. Very frustrated.

Finally!
I was glad that the service department was finally able to fix my gas tank issues this visit. This was the 4th time taking my car to the dealer to get it fixed and prior to this visit it was never actually fixed. It did take about a week to get my car back which was also inconvenient but that comes with the territory

I thought this repair was tested??
Customer service was top notch. The quality of the repair has is questionable. Battery was not connected properly. Vehicle makes strange noises that where not present prior to engine replacement.
Hyundai is not owning up to work performed so this is the last Hyundai my family will purchase.

Quick and friendly service
Sean was my Service Advisor who help me when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. He was friendly and checked thoroughly my previous service that I did. When I picked up my car, it was Juan who went extra mile to help me as it was during lunch time, so he was the cashier as well. He was very efficient in providing me with friendly and quick service.
