Normal maintenance great, but maintenance for problem was incomplete.

In general, I'm pretty satisfied with the dealership's service. I was disappointed with the recent service in that 1) I didn't received the checklist sheet for the multipoint inspection and 2) the battery completely failed within 2 days of receiving the vehicle back from service. Something clearly fell through the cracks.

Everyone is very professional and nice too. My only complaint is with coupons, it was an expensive basic tune up.

The staff is very polite and also friendly. They explained what needed to be done very well.
The tune up and oil change did not take too long. The waiting room was comfortable.

The service department provides an excellent experience. Their technicians also meet the expectations.

I would suggest the service professionals do less up selling and more focus on the problem. The customer will always feel more comfortable if the problem is solved with less pressure to buy services that are not required at that specific time.

Nice place to wait for your service being done

The waiting room is always clean and there's always coffee.
One thing that I was upset about was when I got home a message came through on the phone. It was a coupon for 1/2 price on an oil change and tire rotation. I had both of these done! I was just THERE!

Great customer service

Showed up late on Friday hoping to get service. Had a very last minute trip to Tampa. My car was a few miles over the limit. Without hesitation Christian got up from his chair at 4:30 and spoke with a technician. Immediately took the car back, and I was headed to Tampa by 6pm. Superb service!!! Thank you Christian.
