Always greeted by a friendly face, car is taken back right away, they keep you appraised of any issues with your car while you wait, and do a good job on any repairs needed. I have bought 4 Santa Fe's from Tamiami Hyundai over the last 20 years and plan to continue buying the same auto for the foreseeable future.

Saturday Emergency

Saturday morning my granddaughter informs me that both headlights on her car are burned out. One went out several weeks ago, the other yesterday. She needs the car every day. Too hot and no time for me to try to do the replacements, not like the old style 60's headlights. Called the service dept., they got me in at 1:00, was out of there at 2:15, headlights working. Waited for the job to be done, enjoyed a coffee, watched football on tv, all went great

I had a tire warning light and a recall notice. My wife’s car. I drove in without an appointment. Met by Paul? The service writer. He was very helpful. I mentioned I had purchased an extended warranty (not Hyundai) when I bought the car new in Jan 2013. I told him the cruise control only worked intermittently. He knew what to look for in my maintenance file, found the document, called and got authorization to make the repair while the recall work was going on. And no tire problem, just needed air. A happy visit for me. Ive had all my maintenance work on this 6 1/2 year old car done at Tamiami. I am pleased either them.
