My 2nd great purchase experience at St. Charles Hyundai
We love our 2019 Santa Fe SEL, and had such a good experience buying it that when we decided on a 2021 Santa Fe SEL to replace our second car it was just natural to return to St. Charles Hyundai. We browsed the lot and were delighted to find exactly the model, color, and options we were looking for. Nathan N. was very familiar with both the 2019 and 2021 models and quickly explained and demonstrated the differences in features and controls. After a quick test drive to verify that the 2021 is as comfortable and smooth as the 2019 (I wish software companies were as good at adding improvements without breaking things that were working!), we completed the paperwork in (for us) record time. We chose a protection add-on that required overnight work, so we returned the next morning and picked up the car, ready as promised. In 47 years of car ownership, this is the first time we've ever returned to a dealership for a second purchase, and the first time we've bought the same model twice. We tend to keep our cars for a long time (those we replaced in 2019 and this year were both 14 years old), so it may be a while before we buy again, but there might be a third Hyundai in our future.
Just felt we were dealt with in a respectful and honest way from start to finish. The knowledge our saleman had of the vehicles he was selling is second to none. He has followed up to make sure we are comfortable with our purchase. Very happy with the overall experience.
