You deal with REAL people who are REALLY NICE!
When I called, a human being answered, rather than a computer! Also, Charvai and Lori were so very helpful in helping me get an appointment to suit my needs! All maintenance and repair work will be done at Huffines Hyundai Plano from now on!

Great aftercare service after issues with scheduled visit
Brandon was very reactive to my concerns about a recent visit where several issues/requests were not addressed. He went far and beyond to help my issues addressed in a timely manner.

Friendly and efficient but there seemed to be a lack of communication between the garage and service advisors...pricing was outrageous though.

Not all work was performed
Air filter was not replaced as requests. Supposedly multi point inspection was performed by clear damage to the windshield wipers was not detected.

My experience with the entire staff was great, everyone was friendly and professional
The two employees at the check in desk were very friendly and efficient. Nicole explained the process the repair of my vehicle and the length of time it would take and she was right on.

Got the work done
Needs to communicate more what has been done on my car or what it needs. It's nice to know some information. But overall, it was a good experience.

Work finished on time.
I called in for an appointment. I was received as soon as I arrived. I was told the service would take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The work was completed within the time given. In the past, I would have waited longer. There must have been a improvement made in the service department, because I was very pleased with the overall service.

Everything that I asked about was checked, my own oil was used like my husband likes and the bottle was returned as expected. And it was FREE!
