AC fix
Took over a month to get in to get my air conditioning looked at. They ended up not finding a leak and just regarding it. Had to put dye in to see if they can find the leak later. Great service other than the long wait to get in.

I am sorry that the wait is longer now, we have a very high influx of service customers in the last few months. We have been working as hard as we can to get through these RO's and get back to a normal turn around time, thank you for your understanding and I hope we can servie your vehicle again in the future!

Place is a joke
Came back with more issues than went in with, advisor wouldn’t hear me out so had to talk with a supervisor. Only then did they dig in more to realize the issue wasn’t coming from where they said which id been trying to explain

I wasn’t as happy with my last service as I normally am. I previously always worked with one of 2 service advisors and was always happy with them. I was not able to work with them this time. I hope they are still working there. If not, they lost some very good people who always went above and beyond to make the service experience great.

Vehicle returned with more issues than arrived
3 weeks - said it was fixed, brought back now my locks, windows, and trunk don’t work. Wiring mishap that was “fixed” but actually just screwed up more
