Hyundai of New Bern offered us a great experience all around. Our sales rep Tommie helped us get exactly the vehicle we wanted without and hassles. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew he was just a phone call or text away if we ever had any concerns or questions. He was not only great during the car buying process but managed to get our 3 year old a big balloon and make her feel special in the process. First note the sales representives are very polite, but clearly present for your need to help but not pushie. The car i wanted from previously looking in Greenville and New Bern was on your lot. The Business Manager was clear and precise of the offer. The small amout of adjustments were made to my satifaction the deal was easy. Business Manager was a delight .
