Great Experience
Everyone was very helpful. Mike McShane was the best. Kept in touch with me every few days as I had to wait for my car to come in. After I got my car Mike called me a few days later to make sure I was happy. Best experience ever at a car dealership.

Helpful in a time of tight supply
Mike was super knowledgeable. We came in looking for information about electric vehicles, and he spent lots of time talking us through the nuts and bolts of EV ownership, even though there was no inventory available. We decided to have a look at the one hybrid they had left on the lot, and again, Mike was very helpful in giving us the information we needed. We hadn't planned to make a purchase that day, but with the information Mike provided about the vehicle, we felt comfortable moving forward on the spot.

Great experience
I was looking for a new lease with a lower payment than what I had on my previous car. Due to COVID, the lack of inventory made this much more of a challenge, but the client advisor worked with me and we all got what we wanted in the end. Very friendly, no pressure staff. Process was not at all complicated, and the electronic lease documents made this so much easier.

Great Experience
I had a great experience at Boch Hyundai. I went in knowing I just wanted a simple sedan and I got that and more with the Elantra. Mike was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was great at keeping in touch with me from the time I bought the car to the time I picked it up.

Best Experience!
Mike McShane was my salesperson and he was so great the second I stepped into the dealership. He was so knowledgeable about all of the features in the car and took the time to sit down and show me how to access everything which was really helpful. He made the process so easy and seamless and broke everything down so it was easy to understand. He followed up multiple times and made sure I was satisfied throughout every step of the process. I give Mike an A+ and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to purchase one through him!
