The service department manager can use some customer service lessons from the sales department manager Greg and Salesman Jay who were amazing. I would recommend Jay as a salesman who went above and beyond when he heard of the problems I encountered in the Service Department by loaning me his personal vehicle as not to delay or cancel my appointments. I appreciate also Greg the Sales Manager for expediting a loaner until my vehicle could be ready the next day. The Service Department person, Mario was kind and attempted to assist with information that was shared by his manager. Mario also communicated on the status of the service as was told and I do not hold him responsible for the failure of the manager. Thank you Mario and Tony for trying. Tony attempted to assist after Mario left for the day.

Good morning.  I apologize that I did not meet your expectations.  I try to stay in the back ground and allow my employees to shine.  It was unfortunate that we were unable to get your tire from our normal vendors but I had the parts department find the tire from whoever we could whether it was at a loss to us or not to make sure that you were taken care of.  I take my hat off to Jay for giving you his personal vehicle since we were currently out of loaners.  I was disappointed to find out that the company we purchased your tire from did not fulfill the order when I returned the next morning but as a great team does Greg jumped in to provide you a vehicle off the lot until we had this resolved.  The parts manager had already jumped in that evening and had a tire here for us early the next morning from another company.  I'm glad that you are pleased with Mario, Jay and Greg.  The survey is Mario's personal report card.  I'm not sure why I am to blame but I will call you to see what I can do to turn this around.  I ask that you recognize that you had a flat tire at nobody's fault.  You came to us for help and we did everything in our power to help you from searching out of our network for a tire, to giving you a personal car, then a car off of the lot and showing an urgent concern even if you may have not seen it.  Again, I do apologize and I will give you a call this morning.  Thank you and have a great day.

Mario is the BEST! The locking mechanism of my trunk lid broke and he was able to see me the following day and fix my trunk in under half an hour. Couldn’t be more thankful to have the best dealer in the valley so close to my home and to always receive such excellent service there.

I leased my car and I take it in ever 6 months for checkups and oil changes. The service department is excellent. The salesperson I had this last visit was Mario. He was great and had my car done quickly.

Good folks to buy from and work with !
We have dealt with Earnhardt Dealerships since 1985. We have purchased Dodge, Ford and Hyundai vehicles over the years. We normally have an above average idea of what we want and what we feel it should cost so we don't allow ourselves to be snowballed by the sale force. We will say NO as easily as we can say YES ! At San Tan Hyundai we have 3 favorites - Ken in sales(recently returned), Mario who is a Service Writer and Bill who has been Service Manager, Finance Manager and now is the Used Car Manager. Good people who try and make us feel good.
