Love My Hyundai!
I have always gotten great service for my Hyundai at San Tan Hyundai, which is the same place that bought my Hyundai Tucson.
I did a lot of research before buying my Hyundai back in 2011 and I am so glad that I decided to get this car. Best car I have ever owned.

Need to improve communication
Rear brake pads were measured incorrectly. Fortunately, the pads were remeasured before the job was performed. The written summary of the findings was not available & when it was obtained, there were errors in what work was performed. Not up to normal standards at San Tan Hyundai.

Great service!
Everytime I go the service is always amazing. They completed the oil change faster than I expected. I really enjoy how they email you the diagnostics of the vehicle as well so I can check of what I want completed that day. Highly recommend!

Great job by all the staff
I love how the staff takes care of my vehicle but I get a little annoyed with the requests for a review with every oil change that I get for my car. Maybe send me one every other time would make sense or if the bill is over a certain dollar amount. I am a busy guy too and I have other things to do with my time.

Feel like a valued customer
Mario my service advisor makes me feel like a very valued customer. I also love the free shuttle service it really makes having my car serviced and having to go to work wonderful. The timing of the service is also great. Mario also communicates with me during my appointment so I'm aware of what is going on and no surprises at the end. I'm sad to say that I probably will only be back one more time for service because we will be relocating in Sept to Sequim WA. However, always tell people nice things about your dealership.
