Time
The person who answered the phone was not helpful when I called to schedule the appointment. She put me on hold several times and I had to continue to repeat myself because she wasn't giving her attention to our conversation. Then it took a long time to get help when we came in for service.

It's Hyundai!
Brought my 2014 Santake Feb in for it's first oil change. I'm happy with my service. Mario was very nice, friendly and informative. My only negative, which has nothing to do with Mario, was that my appointment was scheduled for 1:40pm, and the service department was running behind, so I had to wait for an hour and a half. Otherwise, happy and I'll be back.

On time Fast Friendly Service
I could take my car any where to have it serviced for oil changes and tire rotation. But, I bring it back to San Tan Hyundai each and every time because I get fast, friendly service and the prices are within my budget. I wish to make special mention of my service agent, Mario, because he goes the extra mile in getting me in and out of the dealership quickly so I can go to my next appointment. He's the best.

Every one attentive, fast and the car wash at the end was done very well. Usually I refuse to have dealerships wash my car since they leave more dirt and spots than they remove. Great job!

The facility and the employees are super!
The young man who helped me with my auto service was very polite and informative. My only complaint is that at purchase of my car, I was sold a service package that is good for 9 services but my mileage is very low so I am being told I cannot get my car serviced with full details because my mileage is too low, however, I must have my vehicle serviced on a prescribed schedule to keep up my waranty. That doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not asking for anything extra, just the 9 services as outlined in my extra service package I paid good money for. I would like to exchange my service contract for a book of service coupons so I may use them and get all I paid for whenever my mileage( or whatever the rules are) does add up to needed services. I find this very tacky on the part of the Hyundai Company. I'm not asking for excessive service calls or extra services. I just want what I was charged for in the beginning.
