First car in 10 years!
My experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs was seamless. I haven't had a car in 10 years and Haj Ebrahem and all involved made things very easy for me. Very reliable, excellent/fast communication, and straight forward about everything. Thanks to Haj and Hyundai of Cool Springs for the excellent and honest service! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Love the vehicle but buying experience could have been better
The Kona is fantastic! We love it! The purchasing experience left a lot to be desired. Once we test drove and picked out the vehicle, the service declined. We finally reached a deal after multiple discussions and then it was cleaned and full tank of gas and see you later!

My wife and I were in the market for a car and after going to several dealerships, we ended up randomly going to Hyundai...when we saw the 2022 Tuscon we were greeted by Haj who practically threw us a set of keys and said "It has a full tank of gas, take it out for a while and bring it back later. Have fun!" While we only took it for a short test-drive we loved the car and decided to purchase. Haj was very friendly, up front and honest, and we felt like we weren't being take for a financial ride... I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

Perfect place, Mohammad was amazing!!
Went there with no intention of buying car, thought hyuandi cars were bad until I saw them for myself.

Mohammad helped us out and picked out a car with us from A to Z and we realised how much better hyuandi is than everyone else.

Sales person, Haj, was more than helpful and extremely professional at all times. I appreciated his personal attention. He called me a couple of times after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy and asked if there was anything else he could do for me.
