All the feedback we receive only helps us get better at servicing our customers. I am so sorry about your most recent visit, and that it was not up to our standards. We strive to be the best dealer in Alabama, and typically are. I was the person that greeted you, but a few minutes afterwards, I had to go to an outpatient surgery. I am so sorry if someone was unprofessional when they got you out. We are not perfect, for sure, but this visit is definitely the exception and not the rule here at Tameron. If I add an additional two free services and car washes to your prepaid maintenance plan, which goes out after two more services, would you consider re-scoring the survey at a 5 star for us? That would give you another 4 free services instead of two, and I will wash the car on any two of those occasions. Does that sound like something you could do?
