Engine fix
I had an issue with my engine and I had 80,000 miles on it. Everything was covered under the warranty which was great. The 10 yr/100,000 miles is fantastic! The loaner car I had for 3 weeks was great as well!

The customer service is excellent! Prior to my retirement, I managed a Call Center for a mortgage company. I know what great looks like. I live closer to Vandalia but always appreciate the service at Voss.

Great service once again
Had 30,000 mile check up and got an oil change and tires rotated. They checked out the car battery and fluids etc. Service was quick and their waiting room is very nice and comfortable. Extremely polite serviceman explained all that they did. I will be back.

I walked around the car showroom looking at cars & not one salesperson acknowledge me, several salesmen were in the showroom & one salesman sitting at his desk was giving a female salesperson sitting across from him a history lesson. They missed the opportunity to sell me a car.
