In the past Service has been great, loaner cars offered and problems corrected, a good experience overall.
The issue from the last service visit have been resolved. The issue was poor performance after a ECM update. The Service manager recommended a reset of the TCM. After the reset, the performance returned to previous levels.

I am disappointed that the problems I was/am having weren't diagnosed and corrected. I am not happy about trying to find a new repair shop or dealer service dept.

Unknown noise issue for 2013 Sonata
I mentioned about a noise (not sure about the origin of the issue) problem which i explained to service manager. I was later told to replace the rear break pads, rotors which is fine, but the actual noise issue is not resolved yet. When i asked them about this, they told it has nothing to do with tires and it may be the tire noise itself. All 4 tires are brand new Michelin tires and they are just a month old. It would have been better if they would have identified the root cause and a solution for this problem. I had been servicing my car in Voss Hyundai since 2016. Have to think about my future visits here.

Lengthy, but Excellent Service
Voss Hyundai had my 2015 Sonata Limited for more than a month! That length of time definitely tested my patience, but they kept in touch and gave me a great loaner to drive. They cared about fixing my car the right way, and they did. This is the third vehicle my husband and I have bought from Voss Hyundai, and we've always been extremely pleased with their competent, caring service.
