Within in a couple minutes of turning in my review Mr. Brush emailed me. We talked in depth about my concerns. He explained how he is handling my service concerns. He gave me an appointment so the AC noise can be looked into.

Excellent Service
We are on our 4th and 5th new Hyundai product, four of which were obtained through Voss. Their sales and service folks are excellent - particularly Mark Atwood in the service department.

The lengthy wait with no update. Should not take 3 hours to replace switch. They said oil pan did not need to be replaced.

Firstly, let me start by saying . My first attempt at scheduling a service appt, for the recall originated at the Vandalia, Ohio Hyundai. Big mistake. The woman that answered the phone, absolutely refused to give me an appt after my work hours. She said recalls were strictly before noon M-F.. I tried to explain to her that I work in Middletown, Ohio and that I needed something after work, and she flat out refused. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to , and she told me No. I asked if there was an 800 number I could call, and she said she didn't know of any. So I googled other area Hyundai dealers and came across your service center. I was able to book an appt after work for the next week and on the date of the service call, I was able to drive right in, and get checked in and waited about 30-45 minutes and voila , it was done, and you guys even gave my car a bath. Everyone was kind and courteous. Best experience I've had at a car dealership in a very long time. Thank you.
