Quality Dealership
People try to discourage me from taking my car to the dealership saying it's too expensive. Well, I disagree, I just got 4 new tires for what I would have paid at most "tire" stores. The crew at this dealer are top notch. The place is clean, the waiting area is comfortable and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service is 5 star. Why wouldn't you want your vehicle serviced by the same place that sold it to you, afterall, their good name is on the line. Give Voss Hyundai a try, you won't be disappointed.

Pleasant Experience
Always pleasant experience with service staff from the time I drop off my car to the time I pick it up. Accommodations while I wait are comfortable with a place to set my laptop and my favorite HGTV cable channel. I appreciate the comprehensive review of how my car is doing overall when I check out - tires, battery, etc so I know what may be next in terms of budgeting and future care needs.

Good Experience
My car had about 7 different recalls on it and I was quoted by another dealership of having to keep the car for a minimum of 3 days. When asked if they gave loaner vehicles I was instructed they do not for recalls.

However when I got to Voss that was not that case. They indicated all the repairs and checks would be completed by the end of the day. We also asked if the car needed to be kept longer do they provide loaner cars. The service tech said when they keep a car overnight they provide a loaner car.

All in all the experience was very time effective and informative!
