The staff is fine, but it always takes a long time for car to be serviced.

Used this company since day I purchased my car. Believe they know car better than anyone. Only once had to go to someone else. On a trip an car gave me a problem . Could not continue trip until I had problem solved.
Usually I can wait. If not convenience in getting to and from home or other places I need to be.

Mark Atwood is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. I have complete faith in his handling/overseeing the service of my 2013 Hyundai Accent, and it goes back even to my 2003 Accent. A great sense of humor! If he ever has had a bad day, I sure have never witnessed one. He is always up when handling the service on my Accent. I totally trust him!

attention to detail
I had to call to get two replacement nuts and a missing bolt. It was on the paperwork to replace missing nuts on engine cover and after the oil leak repair and they forget to check all the paperwork. If they had I wouldn't have had to call them back for the parts.

I will say that they were friendly and did work to fix the issues.
