Disappointed
It would be better if dealer advocated for the customer. I kind of got the run around. Only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Is this industry standard? I do not thing so. I would not recommend Voss Hyundai to a friend based on this experience.

Quality service, great operations, ones if the best Hyundai dealers... But it's still Hyundai.
I have one complaint... Communication was awful... But other than that they are wonderful. The on-site service is wonderful the people are nice, you pull right in and they take care of you. Friendly shuttle drivers, service seemed to do good work in the actual car.

I used to drive a Cadillac and I can't say the service is as good as Cadillac... But I don't expect it to. Service is totally what you'd expect from a regular car company, if not better.

I switched from another Hyundai dealer that was pretty awful.. this one is way WAY better. They've got my business!!

Just wish they'd communicate with me better. I would have loved an email, text, or phone call telling me the parts weren't in yet, and another call to tell me when they'd be in!

As always, received promptly and serviced ASAP. Car was returned repaired and cleaned ( washed ). This is how it should be ! Does'nt get much better than this.

Voss Hyundai provides great service
I just pulled directly in the bay and let them know I needed an oil change. I did not have an appointment and they said no problem. The service was efficient and I enjoyed coffee, HGTV, and a massage chair while waiting. They have done well for the decade I have used the service.

Thought I had a bad battery or alternator.
Your folks took care of my car like it was their own. They kept me informed on what they were doing and even washed it when they were done. I have 2 Hyundai's and will always bring them to you folks for services.
